Our enthusiasm is to preserve the environment through sustainable energy solutions. This role will support our HSE Department for Service Offshore in Denmark, Germany, and Poland.

Responsibilities
  1. Support offshore service site operations, enhance safety awareness, review and update HSE documents, assist in risk assessments, and standardize procedures.
  2. Ensure compliance with local legislation, manage hazard observations, near misses, and incidents via the incident management system, and support incident investigations.
  3. Create HSE statistics, contribute to Monthly Status Reviews, and support HSE campaigns and annual action plans.
  4. Maintain an overview of HSE 'to-do' lists, facilitate safety culture, and coordinate HSE campaigns and team trainings.
  5. Assist with HSE Training Matrix, standardize onboarding procedures, test safety equipment, and support HSE during periods of staff absence or campaigns.
  6. Prepare for internal, external, and client audits (ISO HSE standards).
  7. Coordinate quality issues related to safety, liaise with Quality Department, and support environmental reporting and data collection.
Qualifications
  • HSE background with interest in offshore wind energy.
  • Relevant education in Health and Safety, Environment, or Sustainability.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HSE role within wind energy, onshore or offshore.
  • Knowledge of HSE policies, management systems, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems.
  • Understanding of Risk Assessment, chemical management, and control processes.
