YOUR MISSION

Do you want to work with data and help shape the success of a company? With us, you will lay the foundation for all data-driven decisions and actively shape the future of our mobility startup. Your mission is to organize complex data structures, develop data-driven solutions for business questions, and drive innovative projects such as predictive models and AI-based applications.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

Building and managing data infrastructure:

• Setting up data lakes and linking our internal databases, software, and files
• Integrating external tools and software via APIs based on technical documentation

Data analysis and modeling:

• Extracting, cleaning, transforming, and integrating data from various sources to create a reliable basis for analysis and modeling, e.g., for price optimizations
• Developing data-driven predictive models, e.g., for the optimal location selection of our carsharing vehicles
• Statistical analysis and mathematical modeling to support decisions such as expansion strategies

Business intelligence and dashboards:

• Building a BI environment with appropriate tools
• Creating dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making processes in various departments
• Data-driven answers to questions from different departments, e.g., CLTV / CAC analysis for marketing

Innovation and AI-based projects:

• Supporting the implementation of AI projects, such as phone bots
• Building machine learning models, e.g., for predicting customer behavior

Education and Experience:

• Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a dynamic environment like a startup or technology company

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of working with databases (SQL, data lakes, cloud platforms)
• Experience with APIs and their integration based on technical documentation
• Solid programming skills, especially in Python
• Basic knowledge or motivation to dive into machine learning

Analytical Skills:

• Excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Ability to analyze complex data structures and derive actionable recommendations

Soft Skills:

• Structured and precise working style with a focus on quality
• High initiative, teamwork, and strong communication skills
• Passion for startups and the desire to contribute to a fast-growing company
• Strong affinity for business applications of AI
