About the Role: The Operations Manager – Operations Excellence will provide Operations Strategy & Leadership for our Subway Market Operations territories throughout EMEA to ensure that SMO Field Teams have the necessary tools, systems, reporting, and FZE support to execute the business strategy and deliver performance improvements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Restaurant Excellence - Enable Execution: Serve as the primary operations conduit to key SMO stakeholders in the NNDACH region, ensuring field teams have the tools, systems, reporting, and support to execute brand strategy and foster a culture of performance and profit management.
- Restaurant Excellence - Primary Internal Operations Customer: Act as the main internal Operations customer for the wider Operations team and cross-functional projects, ensuring clear roles and collaboration to support operational execution and performance.
- Restaurant Excellence - GTM Strategy: Collaborate with regional SMEs to set standards and develop strategies, tools, and systems for effective field deployment and performance.
- Commercial Success - Profitable Restaurant Operating Model: Own and develop the in-restaurant operating model to support profitability and brand strategy.
- Commercialization: Ensure clear stage gates and accountability for projects impacting restaurant operations, providing feedback to governance.
- FZE Support Services: Work with support teams to provide consistent franchisee support and refine processes for efficiency.
- Restaurant Excellence - Field Training Support: Coordinate with L&D and SMO leadership to ensure training meets brand standards and business needs.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of QSR, restaurant, or food retail experience; team management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build business cases and articulate to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player with cross-functional experience and enthusiasm.
- Strategic thinking with willingness to support operational tasks.
- QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience is a plus, not required.
- Experience in a Franchise model is a plus.
