COMPENSATION:
Compensation varies by location and is competitive within the market, based on experience, education, and skills. In the U.S., the first-year base salary is $112,000, with additional benefits including bonuses, 401(k) contributions, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and wellness programs.
