WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Bain Associate Consultant, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management, and leadership skills will be utilized from day one. You will start as a generalist, working closely with top professionals. Your tasks will include:

1. Providing clients with data-driven analyses that outline solutions and drive change.
2. Working on case teams in roles tailored to team objectives.
3. Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings.
4. Interviewing clients’ customers, competitors, suppliers, and employees to inform strategic recommendations.

COMPENSATION:

Compensation varies by location and is competitive within the market, based on experience, education, and skills. In the U.S., the first-year base salary is $112,000, with additional benefits including bonuses, 401(k) contributions, comprehensive health coverage, paid time off, and wellness programs.
