Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Team Lead Credit Management (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities:

• You ensure successful and high-quality receivables and credit management.
• You lead a team of two people.
• You are responsible for and optimise the processes of all operational activities within your area of responsibility.
• You represent the team as a project manager or member in area-specific projects in receivables and credit management.
• You carry out credit checks yourself and minimise our credit risks.
• You are responsible for setting customer-specific credit limits and payment terms.
• You are in direct contact with our B2B customers, sales representatives and our trade credit insurer.

Your Profile:

• You have relevant professional experience in credit and receivables management, have already gained experience in credit checking in a bank's corporate banking business or have been able to gain experience in the general ledger or controlling.
• You have a degree in business administration or equivalent knowledge.
• You have strong social and leadership skills, which you have ideally already been able to apply in your professional career.
• You enjoy optimising and coordinating processes and look forward to further developing the area.
• You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and any other foreign language is an advantage.
