About the Role:

As a Fleet Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase fleet vehicle sales. You will work closely with corporate clients, leasing companies, and dealerships to optimize fleet sales performance, ensuring long-term partnerships and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage fleet sales strategies to maximize volume and profitability
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with fleet customers and leasing companies
  • Negotiate fleet sales contracts and pricing structures based on market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and product management, to tailor fleet solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust fleet sales strategies accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations related to fleet sales
  • Support digitalization and process optimization within the fleet sales division
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on fleet sales performance to senior management

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Sales, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in fleet sales or B2B sales within the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent market knowledge and understanding of fleet business dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
