Job Description:
Team

Our B2B Partnership Team at Raisin is responsible for the successful collaboration with leading banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions across Europe. Together, we enable our partners to offer attractive deposit products to their end customers via the Raisin platform.

The team is responsible for acquiring and onboarding new partners as well as managing and developing existing partnerships.

Your Responsibilities
  • You take on the disciplinary and functional leadership of the Account Management team within the B2B Partnerships department.
  • You act as a sparring partner for our partners and actively support your team in maintaining and expanding these relationships.
  • You lead strategic projects aimed at developing our partner portfolio and take on operational responsibility when needed.
  • You identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and work with your team to develop initiatives to leverage them.
  • You ensure that processes, reporting structures, and internal workflows are efficient and continuously optimized.
  • You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product, Tech, Legal, Operations, Customer Support, Compliance) to holistically meet our partners’ needs.
Your Profile
  • You are a strong communicator with a clear customer focus and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders on the partner side.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in account management, partner management, or business development within the financial services sector (e.g. banks, fintechs, insurance companies, or relevant consultancies).
  • You have already led a team – either in a disciplinary or functional leadership role – and know how to motivate, develop, and lead people to success in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex issues, translate them into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to implement them.
  • You’re not afraid to dive deep into technical and process-related topics – whether it’s internal workflows, partner integrations, or the logic behind our API infrastructure.
  • You are willing to travel to meet our partners on-site and strengthen key strategic relationships in person.
  • You speak fluent English – German is a strong plus, and additional European languages are an advantage.
Join our mission, join our team - and grow with us!

At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 65 different nationalities.

As part of our team, you will benefit from:

  • Employee Development Budget of €2,000 and four full training days per year.
  • Access to Babbel for continuous language learning.
  • Flexible working hours, home office and 30 vacation days.
  • A company pension scheme (Betriebliche Altersvorsorge), which we support with 20%.
  • Enjoy more than 50+ different sports with Urban Sports Club: We subsidize your membership with more than €20 per month.
  • Do you miss being in the office? The Deutschland Ticket gets you there, which we subsidize with €25 per month.
  • Love cycling? With JobRad, lease the bike of your choice and enjoy tax savings, plus Raisin covers your monthly insurance costs.
  • Hungry all the time? Snacks, daily fresh fruit as well as drinks provided at the office.
  • You are moving from another country or city to join us? We may support your relocation.

We are backed by renowned international investors such as b2venture, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Greycroft, Headline, Index Ventures, Latitude Ventures, Orange Ventures, PayPal Ventures, Top Tier Capital Partners, Ribbit Capital, Vitruvian Partners and M&G.

At Raisin, we care about each other and it is one of our top priorities to foster an open and caring environment in which everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Our culture is strongly driven by our ambitious team, which connects more than 75 different nationalities.

In total, we have 7 offices across the world: Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Madrid, Manchester, Munich and New York.

We also think it’s important to take the time to celebrate our hard work and achievements together, with events like our yearly summer and winter party, as well as a couple of smaller get-togethers.
