Are you a strategic sales leader with a knack for driving digital transformation and achieving ambitious targets? Do you excel in building strong relationships and leading diverse teams to success? If you're hungry to make things happen and revolutionize our sales approach in Spain, we want you to push forward our DISH sales strategy!

Menu of Responsibilities
  1. Lead DISH sales strategy on a day-to-day basis and encourage its continuous improvement in Spain.
  2. Develop trusted advisor relationships with country executives, key stakeholders, and representatives to negotiate country sales ambitions (target phasing vs sales capacity).
  3. Implement a multichannel sales approach to capitalize on METRO channels.
  4. Support sales recruitment of DSF: from hunting and onboarding to performance management. Build strong identity teams that leverage diverse skills and perspectives to achieve sales targets.
  5. Drive results: consistently achieve results under various METRO core business circumstances to reach DISH sales annual targets.
  6. Lead METRO digital sales enablement: transform stores and traditional sales channels into digital sales solutions by planning and implementing sales measures.
  7. Drive a bottom-up sales approach focusing on digital solutions' impact and value both internally (e.g., core business impact) and externally (e.g., customer success).
  8. Convince local METRO boards on DISH digital solutions rollout and steer from GTM to sales achievements (e.g., launch of new products like DISH Pay POS).
  9. Implement a customer-centric approach by leveraging METRO sales and customer feedback to improve current solutions and influence development roadmaps.

  6. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to leverage feedback for product improvement.
  7. Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 Level required).
