Retail Manager DACH (m/w/d)

We are seeking individuals with a performance-driven mindset and a proven track record in sales to join their dynamic team. As the Retail Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 12 stores in Germany and Austria, playing a pivotal role in executing the retail strategy, ensuring store profitability, and contributing to the expansion of this iconic brand.

Your Responsibilities:

• Embark on extensive travel to engage with store managers and their teams.
• Contribute to business reviews and annual planning processes.
• Define targets and collaborate with management to develop actionable plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct continuous competitive analysis.
• Tailor assortments to meet unique customer and market demands.
• Analyze customer performance to unlock additional business potential.
• Identify bestsellers and recommend direct sales strategies.
• Lead team development and training initiatives.
• Implement the Client Development Strategy and closely monitor results.
• Define and execute location-specific training programs, among other responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Retail Management, Sales, and E-Commerce. In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, market dynamics, and competitors. Previous experience with high-end jewelry and watches is a valuable asset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong leadership abilities. Demonstrated sales and negotiation prowess, with a natural inclination for process and system enhancements. A hands-on approach to working with evolving tools and software, translating resources into operational efficiency.
