Benchmarking is recommended to reduce variation.
  2. Continuous Improvement: Drive best practice implementation, leverage local initiatives, and share successful practices across EU. Capture and scale FC innovations through a standard process, and ensure major projects are included in the Operating Plan.
  3. Deployment of EU initiatives: Ensure timely and compliant execution of assigned initiatives, support test and pilot phases, and oversee deployment across EU FCs.
  4. Partnership with FC Ops: Participate in daily Gemba walks, organize weekly leadership meetings, and build strong relationships with Site Leaders and Senior Management. Support ad hoc process tasks as needed.
  5. EU Projects: Support or lead projects expanding scope across multiple FCs, enhancing project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
