Qualifikationen

Your role

Als Leitung Personalmanagement sind Sie maßgeblich mitverantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Gestaltung einer modernen Personalpolitik, die die Gewinnung, Bindung und Entwicklung qualifizierter Fach- und Führungskräfte unter Berücksichtigung von Kostengesichtspunkten der Siegfried AG am Standort Hameln im Rahmen der globalen HR-Strategie sicherstellt. Zu Ihren Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereichen zählt u.a.:

• Leitung der Personalabteilung
• Beratung und Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
• Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Siegfried AG
• Auswahl geeigneter Personalmaßnahmen und -instrumente in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung zur Umsetzung der Personalstrategie
• Erstellung der Personalkostenplanung und Überwachung der Einhaltung
• Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen, insbesondere Vorstellungs-, Feedback-, Personalentwicklungs-, BEM-, Abmahnungs- und Kündigungsgespräche
• Als Vorbild für die Umsetzung der gewünschten Unternehmenskultur und Personalstrategie zu agieren

Your profile

• Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem Studiengang aus den Bereichen Sozialwissenschaften, Jura oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit kaufmännischen und psychologischen Zusatzqualifikationen; alternativ eine Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
• Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, möglichst im internationalen Umfeld
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozial- und Lohnsteuerrecht
• Kenntnisse im Tarifrecht, Betriebsverfassungsrecht
• Ausgeprägte kommunikative und emphatische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität, Organisationsfähigkeit
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

What we do in Hameln

Hameln is a renowned contract manufacturer which supplies both national and international pharmaceutical companies. It has over 450 employees who produce sterile medicinal products, mainly for use in hospitals and intensive care facilities.

Main activities

• Contract manufacture of parenteral solutions and suspensions – aseptic or terminally sterilized in ampoules and vials
• Specialist in the production of complex preparations such as anesthetics, flammable and oxygen-sensitive liquids, and cold chain products

• Successful transfers and establishment of new products in sterile production
• Batch size: up to 3500 liters
• Clean room area: 4000 m²
• Batch manufacture and filling of sterile products, from visual inspection through to final packaging
