About the role:

As Sales Manager BioPBS, you will acquire new businesses in the EMEA region through technical promotion and service to new and existing customers, manage and grow existing accounts and support the achievement of agreed volume and revenue targets. By working closely with our colleagues in Thailand and Japan, you are actively involved in achieving the company's goals for our product line.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You collaborate with the product management and technical sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions to new and existing customers
  • You expand sales avenues by exploring new channels and developing a diverse distributor network and you engage potential new clients in targeted markets to increase sales revenue
  • Analyzing operational data and market trends to forecast sales and identify expansion opportunities is one of your activities
  • You are willing to take over administrative tasks in your daily business
  • You provide feedback to management on market competition, pricing strategies, and customer interests

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • You have an educational background in natural science or business (food packaging, agricultural, biotechnical) with three to five years of B2B experience of polymers application in different industries
  • Your technical understanding and knowledge with an affinity for sales sets you apart
  • Professional interaction with customers is familiar to you
  • You have very good interpersonal skills; you are open-minded, self-confident and a team player
  • Your time and resource management are very high, and you have an independent way of working
  • Your good English language skills, both orally and written, and preferably German skills complete your profile
