Job Description

We are seeking a Senior / Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI, to join our Vendor team and help us deliver exceptional experiences. You will lead the development of a Conversational AI Agent that transforms how our restaurant partners interact with our platform. This AI will serve as an intelligent assistant, enabling partners to manage operations, increase visibility, and reach more customers. Your work will create growth opportunities for restaurants of all sizes, strengthening Delivery Hero's ecosystem.

1. Shape and execute the product strategy for the AI Agent, impacting vendor experience across 60+ countries.
2. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders globally and locally to solve problems and prioritize restaurant needs.
3. Identify and develop new opportunities to address restaurant pain points, drive AI adoption, and balance innovation with foundational capabilities.
4. Generate insights from data to inform decisions and build consensus on the product roadmap.
5. Define success metrics, lead experimentation, and optimize product performance for business impact.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years in product management, with a proven track record in multi-market environments and scalable products.
2. Experience building AI-powered products; familiarity with conversational agents is highly desirable.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to uncover patterns and make data-driven decisions.
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in building from scratch.
5. Understanding of agile practices and technical discussions.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders across disciplines.
