Job Description

As a System Engineer in Aeronautics, you will be responsible for:

  • System requirements analysis and management (RBE, IBM DOORS)
  • Checking the qualification of aircraft systems based on current certification standards (e.g., DO 160)
  • Design and development of system components for the Environmental Control System (using Catia V5)
  • Integration of system components and subsystems into aircraft systems
  • Running system simulations and CFD simulations of thermodynamic systems in the aircraft environment (using Dymola Modelica & Star CCM+)
Qualifications
  • Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
  • Practical experience in the aviation industry, preferably in systems engineering (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of relevant tools and methods in at least one of the mentioned areas
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and independently with responsibility
