A Day in the Life

Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join our community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany, is remote, and involves travel across Germany and Western Europe (80-100%), providing diverse market experience and a strong international network.

Responsibilities
  • Plan programmes with the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers
  • Provide technical support regarding CAS products and procedures
  • Support sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
  • Report account, market, and competitor information, trends, and metrics
  • Gather and report customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
  • Complete administrative duties, including activity reports to the Sales Manager
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality

Experience in the medical device industry, especially in a hospital OR environment, is highly valued.
