How You Will Contribute
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities, and recommend action plans.
  • Manage marketing budget to maximize return on investment, monitor spend, and ensure on-target delivery.
  • Develop media strategies, recommend, build, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns across all touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and consumer engagement while tracking performance through KPIs.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, to drive profitable growth at scale.
  • Partner with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a team.
What You Will Bring
  • University degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Relevant professional experience in marketing (8+ years) within an international FMCG environment.
  • Proven success in guiding teams, brand building, activation, and product launches.
  • Ability to work autonomously; creative, open-minded; organized; problem-solver; analytical and structured thinker; strong presentation and engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English and German.
