This role focuses on overseeing technical projects, promoting collaboration with customers, and coordinating across departments to ensure successful project execution and integration. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects from planning to completion, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with operational and technical customer representatives to enhance product adoption and integration.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs, liaising with engineering teams, account managers, and product managers.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Product Development, Support, Product Management, and IT departments.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, implementing best practices in infrastructure management and DevOps.
  • Oversee data integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, conduct regular project status meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders.
