• Collaborate closely with the medical team and assist with tumor boards and quality statistics
• Manage registrations, documents, and forms
• Coordinate with internal and external partners, e.g., nuclear medicine and medical practices
• Organize and coordinate patient consultations
• Check documents for completeness

Qualifications

• Completed training as documentation assistant, Study Nurse, nursing specialist, or MFA (m/w/d)
• Experience in clinical studies, data collection, and documentation
• Excellent computer skills, familiar with standard applications
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
