The role involves supporting end users with technical issues, configuring workstations, handling incidents related to infrastructure, networks, and applications, managing applications, escalating complex issues, and contributing to system optimization and documentation. Tasks may include participation in internal IT projects.

What you bring:
  • Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
  • Experience in first-level support and interest in IT infrastructure (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop OS (Windows 7/10/11)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Understanding of Windows networks and protocols
  • Customer service orientation
  • Proactive attitude and drive for improvement
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels
  • Excellent German and good English skills
