Visual Retail Designer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Create and develop engaging concepts, designs, production files, and specifications for visual tools including product displays, window installations, banners, and branded display systems.
2. Design for diverse environments such as shop-in-shops, showrooms, event spaces, trade fairs, and multi-brand retail spaces.
3. Develop comprehensive design and implementation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all global retail touchpoints.
4. Collaborate closely with suppliers, providing clear direction and quality oversight.
5. Support on-site implementations and ensure successful roll-outs of visual installations.
6. Act as an in-house Visual Merchandising expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and design standards.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Design or a related field, with several years of professional experience in retail, exhibition, or spatial design.
2. Strong creative and conceptual skills, with a solid eye for typography, graphic design, and layout.
3. Proficient knowledge of 2D and 3D materials, production processes, and visual presentation techniques.
4. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with 3D modeling software is a plus.
5. Ability to turn briefs into compelling designs with a creative touch.
6. Reliable team player with clear communication skills, supporting others, and fostering a positive work environment.
7. Passionate about trends in fashion, design, interior, and retail, with the ability to critically adapt them to the CYBEX brand.
