RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT (Germany)

Industry : Designing & Manufacturing of Textile Spinning Machinery

Location : Work From Home, Anywhere in Germany

Employment : Full Time

Our client is seeking a Research & Development Consultant with a proven track record in the development, application, and optimization of Cots and Aprons.

Our client is a leading Textile Machinery Manufacturer in India, one of the three globally to produce the entire range of Spinning Machinery. It caters to the domestic market and exports products to the Asian and Oceanic regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The consultant's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :

1. Assessment :
2. Review and evaluate current processes, products, and performance of Cots and Aprons.
3. Identify gaps or areas of opportunity for improvement in their use and performance.

1. Consultation & Recommendations :
2. Provide expert advice on the selection, use, and maintenance of Cots and Aprons.
3. Suggest improvements or design changes for better efficiency and longer product life.
4. Assist in troubleshooting issues with existing Cots and Aprons technologies.

1. Research & Development :
2. Support R&D in developing new or optimized Cots and Aprons tailored to specific operational needs.
3. Conduct tests to assess the suitability and performance of proposed materials, designs, or technologies.

1. Knowledge Transfer & Training :
2. Deliver comprehensive training to relevant internal staff on best practices, new technologies, and optimal use of Cots and Aprons.
3. Provide documentation and training materials.
4. Develop a roadmap for implementing improvements based on findings and recommendations.
5. Monitor the implementation and offer ongoing advice for further optimization.

The consultant will deliver the following :

• Initial Assessment Report detailing current status, issues, and recommendations.
• Recommendations Report for best practices and strategies to optimize Cots and Aprons.
• R&D Proposal / Plan for new technologies, material improvements, or designs.
• Training Materials and Documentation for internal staff training.
• Roadmap for Continuous Improvement with actionable steps to enhance Cots and Aprons.
• Final Report summarizing outcomes, improvements, and additional recommendations.

Client's Responsibilities :

• Provide access to relevant data, equipment, and facilities.
• Assign internal team members to collaborate with the consultant.
• Ensure timely decision-making and feedback during the project.

Consultant's Responsibilities :

• Lead assessment, consultation, R&D, and training activities.
• Provide expert advice on Cots and Aprons technology.
• Deliver all reports, recommendations, and training materials as agreed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in developing Cots and Aprons.
• Educational qualification in Engineering.
