Job Description

Join our Munich Research Center, responsible for advanced technology research, architecture, design, and strategic engineering of our products, focusing on base station antennas.

Your Role
  • Define and implement innovative marketing strategies for base station antennas within a designated region.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, Huawei account teams, and third parties, to understand needs and foster collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and customer demands to contribute to solution roadmaps and product development.
  • Promote Huawei solutions, identify new customer needs, and leverage opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead initiatives to expand market presence and strengthen Huawei’s competitive position.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders, contribute to industry standardization efforts.
Required Expertise
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, preferably RF/electromagnetics.
  • Experience in antenna sales, marketing, product management, or engineering, with established relationships with mobile network operators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective collaboration with industry partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage international projects and coordinate globally.
  • Proactive, results-driven, with a passion for innovative solutions and business growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 1/3 of the time).
  • Ability to work onsite in Munich when not traveling.
