Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Arrange and coordinate the pickup and delivery of import/export cargo via air, sea, and rail, ensuring on-time delivery to the destination;
2. Handle and complete all documentation related to air/sea/rail shipments, including customs declarations and other necessary paperwork;
3. Maintain regular communication with freight service providers and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations;
4. Monitor order status and coordinate shipping and delivery details to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment;
5. Accurately input cargo information and tracking records into the system to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
6. Assist the team in resolving various operational issues related to multimodal transport to guarantee seamless cargo movement;
7. Monitor the transportation process, proactively address potential issues, and ensure safe and timely cargo delivery.

Requirement:

1. Have 2 years working experience in logistic industry, especially have experience for Air transportation.
2. Know about the process and documents for last mile delivery and overseas delivery
3. Good at communication and team work
4. Fluent in German and English
