The program combines interdisciplinary (technical, business, and information sciences) knowledge with practical experience. Theoretical and practical phases alternate every 3 months, with theory at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim and practical work in our company. You will gain insights into various departments, work on projects independently, and possibly participate in international exchanges. The curriculum covers mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, business administration, project and conflict management, negotiation and leadership skills, legal topics, and more. You will write four scientific project papers and a bachelor thesis, solving real business problems. At the end, you will lead and organize technical projects, acting as a central coordinator.
