We are seeking a Trade Management Business Partner to join our analytic and service-oriented team in Hamburg. In this role, you will support trade management teams with analytics, data visualization, and strategic insights to enhance data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and analyze data, create reports, and conduct ad-hoc analyses on performance KPIs
• Support volume and revenue forecasts
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Evaluate market data and conduct trade, network, and profitability analyses
• Identify opportunities and support strategic projects
• Coordinate between Trade Management, DIA, and Corporate Controlling

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in shipping, a bachelor's degree (HSBA) or comparable qualification
• Experience in Shipping, Controlling, or Trade Management preferred
• Strong affinity for numbers and data, excellent analytical skills
• Systematic and efficient working style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of QlikView/QlikSense/Webfocus/Alteryx or willingness to learn
• Business-level English proficiency
