Job Description

Your new role

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will oversee the entire bid process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-focused proposals. You will work closely with Project Managers and tender teams, applying your commercial and technical expertise to support account management and regional activities, fostering collaboration across the wind division.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the bid process, coordinating Ramboll’s global engineering and advisory teams to submit tailored proposals.
  • Support bid strategy development by collaborating with stakeholders and guiding proposal planning.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and bid documents.
  • Manage internal tools and processes to track opportunities and streamline communication.
  • Improve sales tools, templates, and processes based on industry best practices.

Your new team

You will be part of the international Business Intelligence & Sales team, supporting Ramboll’s wind division with market insights, bid management, and sales processes, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field or relevant experience.
  • Experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in energy.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Team player with project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and structured approach.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contractual models.
