Inside Sales Representatives – Wound Closure – Remote

IQVIA is expanding its team across the EU and is hiring remote Inside Sales positions in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. These roles are on behalf of a global company known for innovation in pharmaceutical, consumer health, and medical devices sectors.

In these roles, you will connect with healthcare professionals via virtual channels to generate leads at the sales funnel's start, which will be followed up by field-based colleagues. The target customers are orthopaedic surgeons, with the goal of promoting knotless sutures that improve clinical and economic outcomes.

Key tasks include:

  • Analyzing customer data to identify needs and sales opportunities
  • Promoting product solutions based on customer needs
  • Educating customers on product benefits and online tools
  • Engaging proactively to generate interest and advance leads
  • Qualifying and generating leads for handover to field reps
  • Converting inbound marketing leads into opportunities
  • Handling objections and encouraging trial participation
  • Managing leads through the sales funnel
  • Handover to field reps, leveraging existing relationships
  • Setting targets for lead generation with field and marketing teams
  • Inventory management and customer service coordination

Requirements:

Candidates should have:

  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, target-focused, self-motivated
  • Experience in remote or face-to-face sales or customer-focused roles
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with remote sales tools
