The role

We are seeking exceptional engineers to join our fast-growing team, automating manual processes for legal professionals. You will play a key role in developing our AI product and will have end-to-end ownership of new features.

Your focus will be on research and development related to large language models, reporting directly to our CTO. As part of a lean engineering team, you should be able to contribute across the stack when necessary.

We're Looking For In-depth Experience With

• Python: FastAPI and common data science packages
• Svelte
• Building agentic LLM-powered products with RAG and tool usage
• LLM frameworks like Langfuse and LangChain or similar
• Vector databases
• Docker
• Software engineering best practices
• Security best practices

Our team works in person at the Merantix AI Campus in Berlin. You must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in German is a plus.
