At Bonial, the Data Team acts as a hub between Online Marketing, Product, IT, Operations, and Sales. Our mission is to transform data into a reliable source of truth, enabling smarter decision-making across the company. Your responsibilities:

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a curious analytical mindset and strong product intuition to join our Data team. You will consult with various teams on both technical and non-technical applications of data science.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and building production-ready predictive models or machine learning algorithms
• Optimizing our personalization algorithms
• Analyzing large datasets to discover trends and patterns
• Exploring new machine learning techniques and educating others on their applications
• Visualizing analysis results clearly and effectively
• Collaborating with different teams to suggest improvements and develop new topics

Requirements

Your profile:

You have ….

• A ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for analytics and insights
• At least 2 years of experience as a data scientist
• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science; a graduate degree in Data Science or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R
• Experience applying machine learning or predictive analytics in practice
• Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical audiences
• Experience in data visualization
• Experience using AWS

It would be a plus if you have …

• Experience with PySpark or SparkR
• Experience building APIs
• Experience with Git, Containers, Airflow
• Experience with ML Ops
