Responsibilities:

• Envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that the final product surprises and delights the customer.
• Taking on complex tasks and transforming them into easy-to-use designs for first-time users to sophisticated users.
• Conceptualise and design that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues.
• Build and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Design.
• Experienced in designing and thinking in design systems, translating complexity to simplicity.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
• Strong Leadership and Management skills to motivate the team.
• Proactive communication and collaboration with other teams to achieve a holistic view of product design, complying with company goals, and being user-friendly and well-designed.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• 5+ years in Product Design and UX.
