What you will do
  • Drive incremental results within a team of Partner managers across various Mid-Market industries by building trust, respecting others, setting clear expectations, maintaining high ethical standards, and following through on commitments.
  • Serve as a business partner for our German Sales teams, partners, and their strategic enterprise customers.
  • Implement targeted, scalable industry sales strategies with your team and ecosystem.
  • Engage early and closely to accelerate pipeline development and predictability.
  • Support partners in understanding and aligning with our SaaS and Cloud technology ambitions—answering 'Why Oracle? Why now?'
  • Enable and assist partners in influencing customers to choose Oracle.
  • Expand our partner ecosystem with quality and quantity.
What will you bring
  • Proactivity and passion for helping others succeed in their roles.
  • Results-driven mindset with experience in sales cycles and opportunity management.
  • Experience engaging with GSI C-Level executives.
  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline within partner organizations.
  • At least 5 years of experience with SaaS management roles.

  • Successful sales experience in channel environments.
  • Fluency in English and German.

As a Channel Sales Representative, you will engage partners in Oracle business opportunities, manage third-party transactions, and develop joint go-to-market strategies. You will facilitate joint selling efforts, increase revenue and market share, and provide accurate revenue forecasts. You may also educate partners on Oracle practices, manage contracts, and collaborate with marketing on partner events.
