Job Description:

We are seeking a Site and Mechanical Erection Manager with pressure part knowledge (boilers/ power stations) based in our Valmet office in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate and manage all on-site operations to ensure quality, safety, time, and budget targets are met.

Your responsibilities include coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, developing operational policies, and supporting sales through issue identification and scope of work development. You will also audit suppliers, assess bids, and control deliveries.

To succeed, you should have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Understanding of project processes and pressure part welding
• Knowledge of EN12952 and EN13480 standards
• Experience with boiler and pressure part sites
• Negotiation skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel, including abroad
