We’re seeking an experienced SEA Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll drive demand and adoption for our entire product range across relevant PPC advertising platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Develop strategies, oversee, and execute initiatives to increase paid media traffic & performance for Global Program
  2. Own the structure, tactical direction, optimization, budget pacing, and efficient lead generation of SEA Campaigns
  3. Research and communicate the competitive landscape of specific products in the paid media market using tools like SEMrush, Google Keyword Tool, and Google Trends
  4. Run A/B tests on text and visual ads to optimize conversion rates, collaborating with content & creative teams for ad and landing page creation
  5. Combine strategic vision with technical expertise in tracking and measurement tools
  6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align product communication and presentation
  7. Manage external SEA agencies supporting the company in SEM and work closely with the global SEM and marketing teams
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-volume search and display advertising campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS or agency/platform settings)
  • Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication Management, or related fields (relevant professional experience also considered)
  • Mandatory experience with Google search; familiarity with Yahoo, Bing, Yandex, Baidu, or Naver is desirable
  • Understanding of Tracking, UTM, Attribution & Adobe analytics
  • Strong analytical skills, industry presence, curiosity, and aptitude
  • Fluency in English; additional languages like German are a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, ability to multitask, and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for challenges
