YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for sales in Eastern Europe and play a key role in our growth strategy. Your main tasks include:

  • Expanding and maintaining our long-term customer relationships, mostly in the electronics industry, through regular visits and contacts to further strengthen cooperation
  • Working with our marketing department to identify, approach and acquire attractive new customers
  • Active participation in the development of our sales strategies and their successful implementation
  • Providing technical advice and developing customized solutions for our customers' printing processes in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Application Lab and Customer Service
  • Regular market and competition monitoring as well as participation in trade fairs and specialist conferences
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have gained sales experience in the electrical industry
  • You know the Eastern European market through your previous sales experience
  • You are enthusiastic about technological premium products and are successful in “solution selling” of products that require explanation
  • You are customer and solution-oriented, proactive, strong in communication and closing deals, have negotiating skills and team spirit
  • Ideally, you already have experience with CRM and ERP systems and sales management based on key figures
