Job Description:

The Regional Business Manager (gn) Oncology manages the company's oncology portfolio at regional stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and networks. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, supporting strategy development, and managing customer relationships through various contact channels. The RBM leads cross-functional activities within their geographic area and is responsible for customer prescription of oncology drugs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a contact for oncology-therapeutic physicians and stakeholders to promote the use of oncology drugs.
  • Plan and execute activities supporting oncology specialists and their teams.
  • Work with Market Access to reduce market barriers.
  • Provide scientific advice on oncology medications.
  • Share information about medicines and develop engagement formats with customer groups.
  • Present data on products and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquire new customers and meet company goals.
  • Organize events, manage administrative tasks, analyze sales trends, and develop business plans.
  • Manage budgets and participate in conferences and projects.
  • Ensure compliance and utilize IT systems effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
  • Good contacts within oncology stakeholder networks.
  • Proven success in relevant roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of decision drivers in healthcare and market dynamics.
  • Experience in marketing support and project management.
  • Experience with biologicals or biosimilars is a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and reliability.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willing to travel and hold a valid driver’s license (Class B).
