Wilhelm Fricke SE - GRANIT PARTS, a division of the family-owned FRICKE Group, is seeking a Fachberater (m/w/d) Aftersales / Ersatzteile at our Hamminkeln location. With a history spanning over 100 years, our company has evolved from a traditional agricultural machinery dealer to an international supplier of agricultural machinery, gardening technology, commercial vehicles, and spare parts. We employ 3,471 staff across 84 locations in 27 countries, working together to expand our market presence.

Our GRANIT division supplies spare parts for agricultural machinery, gardening equipment, construction machinery, and commercial vehicles, distributed from our 90,000 m² central warehouse in Heeslingen to over 40,000 dealers and workshops across Europe. We are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Fachberater (m/w/d) in Hamminkeln.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice on our product ranges, such as tractor technology, engine technology, seats, ground care, greenland and harvest technology, electrical systems, gardening, forestry, or forklifts.
• Handling telephone inquiries about our product range.
• Processing other customer requests.
• Preparing offers and recording orders.

Your profile:

• Completed technical training, e.g., as an agricultural mechanic (m/w/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/w/d), or industrial mechatronics technician (m/w/d).
• Ideally, experience in agriculture, machinery, hydraulics, or related fields.
• Enjoy working with customers.
• Friendly and communicative personality.
