Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central contact for employees and managers on all employment contract matters, ensuring transparent HR support
  • Manage transfers, reclassifications, and salary adjustments in coordination with the HR Business Partner, contributing to structured personnel development
  • Apply and review HR policies, company agreements, and legal regulations, ensuring compliance standards
  • Prepare and review employment documents, implementing legal and personalized HR measures
  • Maintain and update personnel data in digital records and support onboarding processes at Bremen location
  • Drive the digitalization and development of HR processes to enhance efficiency and standardization
What You Can Bring
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on HR
  • Experience in operational HR activities and advising employees and managers
  • Knowledge of labor law, the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG), and proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
