MD & Sourcing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Purchase products through proper buying procedures
• Check turnover of warehouse and manage inventory
• Ensure the prompt and accurate creation of purchase orders in SAP

CRM

• Assist stores as needed with any operational needs
• Coordinate with warehouse on order issues, returns, delivery schedule, etc.

Data Analysis

• Make weekly sales data
• Review and analyze daily and weekly reports
• Create and maintain item master data in SAP; Item Description, Scan Code, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Major in business is preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience (Grocery store experience or Sales Representative experience)
• A high level of organizational and problem-solving skills required
• Computer proficiency is required including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Multilingual is a plus (English, Korean, Spanish, Chinese)
