Job Description:

Are you a sales enthusiast who puts customers at the heart of everything you do? We are hiring a Sales Manager in Frankfurt with extensive freight forwarding experience. You will develop a Book of Business within the branch's geographical reach by implementing company strategies and products to accelerate growth.

How you will contribute:

1. Manage your Book of Business ensuring growth in volume, revenue, and margin.
2. Coordinate with Branch Operations to customize SOPs around client needs.
3. Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to close opportunities.
4. Collaborate with DP World’s network and external partners for optimal service.
5. Maintain daily records in our CRM system to manage pipelines and activities.
6. Qualifications include a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar, and solid freight forwarding industry knowledge.
7. Research and grow business opportunities, supporting product and operations teams.
8. Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and effective communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
