Your Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product requirements based on market analysis, customer feedback, and regulatory needs.
• Create user stories and work closely with the development team to manage and refine the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and a cross-functional team to develop solutions that deliver real value to customers, especially within POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Apply agile methodologies to drive measurable progress with the team.
• Ensure a shared understanding of product vision, goals, and priorities across the team and organization.
• Work closely with developers, UX designers, QA, and other departments to deliver optimal product experiences.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in retail or POS environments, ideally with a background in product development or system implementation.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in similar product management roles, preferably in the POS space.
• Solid knowledge of agile software development.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
• A structured mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
