Job Description:

Overview: PM Group is a leading international project delivery firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the US. Our multidisciplinary team of over 3,500 professionals delivers complex capital projects in sectors like data centers, life sciences, food, advanced manufacturing, and energy. We have an established CxA service and are looking to expand this area. We seek an experienced Commissioning (Cx) Business Development Manager to lead growth, collaborate with delivery teams, and develop client relationships. This full-time (hybrid) role reports to the Group Head of CQV/Cx and can be based in any European office, with potential travel to other locations and sites.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead Cx strategy objectives to drive growth of the CxA business.
  2. Build relationships with new and existing clients to generate prospects and opportunities across EMEA.
  3. Participate in bid or proposal interviews with Sector Leads.
  4. Manage the delivery of CxA and CxM proposals, leading pitches to clients.
  5. Provide management and oversight to the CxA team to ensure consistent delivery.
  6. Represent PM Group at networking events and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive Business Development experience, including work within the DC field.
  • Knowledge of BIM 360, Cx Alloy, BIM 360 Field, and other commissioning software is advantageous.
  • Dynamic professional with a drive to grow the business.
  • Proven success in building client relationships and winning work.
  • Comfortable representing PM Group with multinational clients.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally long-haul.
