Job Description: Consultant

As a Consultant, you act as the link between business departments and IT implementation. You will design and manage core business processes for our clients, optimize them through IT solutions, select appropriate technologies, and test these solutions.

Further responsibilities include:

1. Strategic consulting on IT alignment and design within infrastructure environments for our clients
2. Analysis, modeling, and redesign of processes, components, and systems
3. Conceptualization and requirements management of IT systems
4. Definition of technology stacks and development environments
5. Transitioning processes into service functions, components, and architectural solutions
6. Test management and evaluation of IT security
7. Optimizing technologies in terms of cost, quality, and agility to support new or changing business requirements
8. Taking on sub-project management, leading project teams, and conducting project controlling

Qualifications

• Completed scientific or technical degree, such as in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of current technological trends in IT and related certifications
• Strong affinity for modern IT infrastructures, with professional or part-time experience preferred
• Minimum of three years' experience in project management/control and in implementing application systems based on J2EE and/or .NET
• Familiarity with keywords and tools such as Agile Transformation, process analysis (OCEB2), requirements analysis (IREB), test management (ISTQB), and consulting methods (e.g., GAP analysis, Delphi method)
• Creativity, analytical and conceptual skills, and proficiency in German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for project needs
