Our portfolio includes bathtubs, shower surfaces and washbasins made of KALDEWEI steel enamel, a 100 per cent recyclable material. Customer Service Consultant (m/f/d) BeNeLux

• In our internal sales department, you will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region.
• In close collaboration with the field sales team, you will be responsible for customer inspiration, new customer acquisition and long-term customer relationship management.
• In your role, you will be responsible for the competent and customer-orientated handling of customer enquiries along the sales management processes. This includes product consultation, order processing, complaints management and customer data management.
• In project sales, you will also be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations and supporting the implementation of construction projects.
• You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data in the IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer data.
• You have completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• You have professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, and have a strong technical understanding.
• You are sociable, empathetic, solution focused and have excellent communication skills, including French and Dutch/Flemish. Further foreign language skills (German, English) are an advantage.
• You are experienced in working with MS Office, SAP (or similar) and have experience with a CRM system.
• Your profile is complemented by a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality and a structured and independent way of working.
