The Team Lead for Beauty Advisors will be responsible for applying innovative critical thinking skills to ensure proactive inclusive leadership and direction in sales coverage and growth, team leadership, management, and performance. Lead a team to achieve superior quarterly and annual performance through the deployment of key initiatives, sales strategies, training, tools, and sales plans. This position includes managing a large sales and education team across a respective market, engaging with key partner sales and operational management, and deploying within key retailer stores. In partnership with sales management, this role will also be responsible for developing critical relationships within the retailer and the ABH corporate team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for achieving the retail sales plan and corporate KPIs for the region.
  2. Deliver best-in-class leadership and development of the team.
  3. Build strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
  4. Implement focused strategies to drive results aligned with corporate objectives.
  5. Manage budgets within ABH guidelines for freelance and expenses.
  6. Complete all administrative assignments by the respective due dates.
  7. Uphold ABH dress code guidelines, while evolving looks to reflect current trends.
  8. Manage the hiring process for your market and fill open positions promptly.
  9. Identify key opportunities and gaps in the market for ABH to capitalize on.
Competencies:
  1. Spend the majority of time in-store driving retail sales and supporting team development.
  2. 5-7 years of experience in a retail selling environment.
  3. 3-5 years of cosmetic retail experience in an executive or regional manager role.
  4. Experience managing a market while driving business success.
  5. Ability to inspire, coach, and develop others to strive for excellence.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and manage details effectively.
  7. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively and build positive business partnerships.
  9. Provide focus to the team and align them with the vision to achieve results.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering persuasive presentations at all levels, including senior management.
