To better serve our clients and support our growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and success-driven Regional Sales Manager for our Isotope products. This role involves engaging with clients across biotech and academia, effectively communicating product benefits, prospecting for new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Position Details

Title: Regional Sales Manager of Isotope Products

Location: UK / France / Germany (Work from home)

Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in the UK, France, or Germany. This full-time position offers career growth opportunities and requires availability from Monday to Friday, with willingness to travel. Candidates must have legal working status in the respective country.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Achieve sales targets and grow sales volume for the Isotope product line independently.
  2. Promote the MedChemExpress brand and products within your territory.
  3. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and professional interactions.
  4. Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions.
  5. Provide accurate product, pricing, and promotional information to customers.
  6. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure overall success.
  7. Assist in product branding and marketing events with the BD and marketing teams.
  8. Conduct market research and share insights to support marketing strategies.
  9. Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  10. Engage in relevant industry discussions and social media about our company and competitors.
  11. Manage customer files, follow up on orders, and provide after-sales support.
  12. Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows; develop marketing campaigns; gather customer data.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in life sciences, biology, pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields.
  • Ideally 2+ years of sales experience or biomedical research experience.
  • Willingness to engage in sales activities and handle work pressure.
  • Friendly, open-minded, responsible, and motivated with perseverance.
  • Aiming to build a long-term career and capable of establishing rapport with diverse individuals.
