You Will Support Our Team

• the provision, administration and maintenance of Windows-based client and server systems, software, PBXs and switches, as well as first and second level support
• In the event of hardware and software incidents, you are responsible for analyzing, finding solutions, implementing and documenting them together with your team
• You look after our high-performance document scanners and support our scan operators with problems and questions
• Together with your team, you optimize our IT system landscape and establish the IT infrastructure of tomorrow
  
  

What You Bring With You

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT systems integration specialist, a degree in (business) computer science or similar would be desirable
• extensive experience with Windows Server in the Microsoft ActiveDirectory environment, as well as Microsoft operating system in general
• ideally you have experience with Powershell
• TCP/UDP, VLAN and OSI layers are no foreign words for you
• Windows and network security is a very high priority for you
• You have no fear of contact with high-performance document scanners, PDQ, VPN, virtualization and console applications (Powershell/CMD)
• Fluent German, good English
• Methodical, thorough work and a high degree of initiative, commitment and the ability to work in a team
