We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Manager Global Retail Business Systems & Operations (m/f/d) to support our team.

What you can expect:

• Support the Product Owner in our Omnichannel Project, in meetings and exchanges with internal departments.
• Assist with market introduction or rollout of defined requirements in the area of retail.
• Work on developments, strategic processes and their optimization within the retail environment.
• Support and execute end-user tests including documentation, in close collaboration with global business departments and IT.
• Develop and deliver training documentation, and train end-user.
• Collaborate closely with our global markets and teams.
• Communicate and coordinate globally with various stakeholders.
• Provide end-user support of the rolled out tools at an international level.
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in implementation of analytical tasks and rollouts as well as project management incl. agile methods
• Practical experience, ideally in the retail sector
• Understanding of retail systems and business processes.
• Affinity for information and systems technology
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira) and an independent working style.
• Teamwork ability, commitment, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
