Job Description
For our client, an Italian manufacturing company and market leader in the field of Fluid- and Drive technology, we are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (all genders) - Mechanical + Hydraulic components (all genders) in the Czech Republic.
You will independently travel within the Czech Republic and be responsible for achieving sales targets in your area. You will maintain the existing customer base and strategically expand it.

- Acquire new customers as well as support existing customers in your sales territory and ensure the achievement of set sales targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and training sessions, as well as negotiate with customers to successfully sell products and services.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits independently in the field.
- Travel extensively within the region, usually without overnight stays.
- Monitor market trends and competition, and develop your sales territory strategically.
- Create weekly reports to document results and develop appropriate sales strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding complaints or technical support projects.
- Ensure smooth communication between locations in Italy, Germany, and customers to facilitate seamless business operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and the sales team.
- You are currently residing in the Czech Republic.
- Preferably hold a completed technical degree, further training as a technician, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.).
- Have 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical employee, sales engineer, application engineer, or in similar roles involving field service activities and independent work.
- Possess excellent skills in English and Czech (both written and spoken).
- Ideally speak fluent German.
- Have a self-organized, independent, and results-oriented working style.
