Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the labelling area in the warehouse.
• Ensuring activities such as:
• Labelling products according to legal, customer-specific, and Klüber standards.
• Handing over packed and labelled goods to the loading area.
• Implementing the 5S+S standards regularly in the area.
• Monitoring warehouse KPIs for dispatch volume and ensuring delivery reliability, with derivation of improvement measures.
• Optimising work processes using lean management methods and business procedures.
• Coordinating processes with upstream and downstream departments for holistic flow.
• Collaborating closely with neighbouring departments.
• Supporting logistics projects.
• Representing divisional management in the LOG DC area.
• Managing employees in the Labelling division according to KLM principles.
• Applying leadership and cooperation principles.

Qualifications:

• Degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in logistics, especially warehouse logistics.
• Experience in intra- and extra-logistics.
• Proficient IT skills, especially SAP.
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking.
• Extensive personnel management experience.
• High commitment, hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge of lean management/Six Sigma methodologies.
