Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of governance structures in the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive efficiency and compliance as a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect.
• Collaborate with other architects, development teams, and upper management to provide strategic guidance related to ServiceNow and other platforms.
• Take ownership of key architectural decisions and IT governance policies focusing on performance, security, and scalability by leading the Architecture Board.
• Oversee continuous architectural improvements and the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring end-to-end interoperability.
• Act as the primary contact for high-level architectural decision proposals, including high-level design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints.
• Support the professional growth of internal ServiceNow experts through mentorship and coaching.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• Multiple years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architectural design at the enterprise level.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM) and their applications, with a strong background in integrating ServiceNow with systems like Salesforce.
• Proven leadership in architectural topics within implementation projects from inception to completion, using various architecture frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business fluency in written and spoken English and German.

*The gross annual salary for this position is at least 117,000 EUR for a 40-hour week, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a bonus, pension plan, and other employee benefits. Details will be discussed during the application process.
